About this apartment rental
Our holiday home in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains is located on a hill in Königstein. This guarantees you a wonderful and unobstructed view of the Lilienstein. Since there is only one residential street leading to the house, you will enjoy the tranquility.
In 2013/2014 it was completely renovated and converted into an energy-saving house. Care was taken to plan an object that conserves resources as much as possible and also to create an object for our guests in which one immediately feels at home for the most beautiful days of the year.
The house is almost completely equipped (except bedroom DG) with energy-saving underfloor heating and the lower apartment offers a fireplace for our guests. Each room has an electric roller shutter. A parking space is available for each apartment directly in front of the house. If you need more than one parking space, we still have several parking spaces nearby. Bikes can be brought along.
The two apartments can be used quite easily, the entire house can be rented for up to 7 people. The garden is available to our guests, a barbecue area invites you to linger. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace with furniture and a relaxation lounger.
The apartments each have a large flat screen with satellite TV, a Blueray / DVD player and a game collection, so there will be no boredom even in bad weather. WLAN is of course free of charge for our guests in the house.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets on request.

Moderne, helle, gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung in idealer Lage als Startpunkt für Wanderrouten und als Basis mit herrlichem Ausblick. Der Vermieter und seine Mutter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch unsere Kinder und unser Hund wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit unseren Kids (9 und 14 Jahre) in den Osterferien für 5 Tage hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bis auf einen Schuhanzieher ließ die Ferienwohnung keine Wünsche offen. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, mit allem was so benötigt wird. Die ruhige Lage in der sich die Wohnung befindet macht das Entpsannen im Urlaub leicht. An-uns Abreise sehr komplikationslos. Es gibt nicht, dass wie auszusetzen haben! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Danke dafür! ;)

Die saubere und mit Sorgfalt eingerichtete Wohnung war unser komfortables Basislager für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Die Fotos geben die Wohnung genau wieder. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prompt und unkompliziert.
Wir hatten mit freundlicher Märzsonne Wetterglück und haben die Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Touristenströme entdecken dürfen. Wir waren überrascht, die Elbe und das Elbsandsteingebirge weniger spektakulär wahrzunehmen als in den Reiseführern beschrieben. Die Ruhe bei den Touren hat uns geholfen, den Kopf zu lüften von den schrecklichen Nachrichten aus der Ukraine und wieder Kraft zu tanken. Danke dafür!
