About this apartment rental
The separate, spacious apartment (65sqm) is located in a listed, lovingly restored, former servants house Bj 1900 in the National Park Saxon Switzerland. This includes a PkW parking space in the courtyard and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, but it is ideal for use by 2 people, as the bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom and in the living room only a sofa bed is available.

Kitchen with stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer compartment.
Box spring bed (160x200cm)
2 spacious wardrobes,
Daylight bathroom with shower,
spacious entrance area,
a sunny seating area in the garden in front of the door,
The use of the grill is possible after consultation.
Many hiking trails start right in front of the house, the Malerweg leads past. S-Bahn connection, center and shops are about 10 minutes walk away.
For culturally interested guests there is the possibility to visit Dresden (about 30 minutes) or Prague (about 1 hour). This is especially recommended in the winter time. Of course, the Saxon Switzerland also offers ideal conditions for scenic winter hiking.

For animal lovers there are 2 hand-tame sheep and 2 rent.

Nette Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz. Öffis gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gern weiter.

Wir waren insgesamt vier Nächte in der Ferienwohnung "Schwalbennest" die mitten in der Sächsischen Schweiz liegt und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in die ganze Region ist.
Leider ist uns bei unserer Ankunft bereits aufgefallen dass das Carport extrem unaufgeräumt war (hier standen Lacke und Holz rum), dieser Eindruck führte sich leider auch in der Wohnung fort.
Bei der Wohnung an sich haben sich die Vermieter (die sehr freundlich sind) unseres erachten Anfänglich mühe gegeben und dann leider schnell die Lust verloren z.B. ist die Küche und der Kühlschrank neu und sehr gepflegt, jedoch war das Sofa (das auch als Schlafgelegenheit angegeben wird) alt und durchgesessen, die Schränke sind Uralt und man hat angst bei öffnen der Vitrine die Glastüren in der Hand zu haben.
Zum Thema Sauberkeit: in den Ecken war es Extrem staubig und dreckig, an den Decken hingen Spinnweben, wir mussten das Bett verrutschen damit unser Kind nicht rausfällt hierunter haben wir eine dicke staub Schicht, alte Socken, Kaugummis, Taschentücher uvm. gefunden was extrem widerlich war!
Das Bad war ganz ok lediglich die Dusche war in einem baufälligen Zustand, und die Silikonfugen waren schimmlig, was mehr gestört hat war der Ausblick auf Bauschutt und IBC-Container die direkt hinter dem haus in den Garten geworfen wurden (oder so ähnlich).
Grundlegende müssen wir sagen wir haben uns in der Wohnung grundlegend nicht wohl gefühlt was nicht alleine an der Mangelnden Privatsphäre resultiert (die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss ohne Rollos und "man fühlt sich wie auf dem Präsentierteller" *Persönliche Empfindung).
