About this apartment rental
Our holiday home in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains is located on a hill in Königstein. This guarantees you a wonderful and unobstructed view of the Lilienstein. Since there is only one residential street leading to the house, you will enjoy the tranquility.
In 2013/2014 it was completely renovated and converted into an energy-saving house. Care was taken to plan an object that conserves resources as much as possible and also to create an object for our guests in which one immediately feels at home for the most beautiful days of the year.
The house is almost completely equipped (except bedroom DG) with energy-saving underfloor heating and the lower apartment offers a fireplace for our guests. Each room has an electric roller shutter. A parking space is available for each apartment directly in front of the house. If you need more than one parking space, we still have several parking spaces nearby. Bikes can be brought along.
The two apartments can be used quite easily, the entire house can be rented for up to 7 people. The garden is available to our guests, a barbecue area invites you to linger. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace with furniture and a relaxation lounger.
The apartments each have a large flat screen with satellite TV, a Blueray / DVD player and a game collection, so there will be no boredom even in bad weather. WLAN is of course free of charge for our guests in the house.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets on request.

Sehr schöne, modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr schöne Lage in der Region. Bahnhof ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen mit guten Anbindungen in die Region.
Ansonsten ruhige Lage.
Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Diese sehr modern eingerichtete und äußerst gepflegte Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage, mit wunderbarem Blick zum Lilienstein und sehr angenehmen Gastgebern hat uns einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub ermöglicht. Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr gut und wird noch ergänzt durch viele Kleinigkeiten die einfach vorhanden sind..z.B. Spültabs, Ersatzbeutel für die Mülleimer, Feuerzeug,, Kerzen, Gesellschaftsspiele usw.

In dieser modern eingerichteten, sauberen und hellen, ruhigen und top ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Diese Wohnung ist funktional sehr gut ausgestattet und gleichzeitig haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Wanderungen. Eine schöne Wohnung, um sich anschließend wieder zu erholen. Der Vermieter reagiert schnell auf Fragen aller Art.
