A beautiful and perfectly equipped apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view of the Elbe, located just below the Bastei. The host was very kind and welcoming, everything we needed was within easy reach, and the apartment was an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. We will definitely return—and next time, we will bring our bikes!

Das Haus liegt direkt am Elbeufer und wir hatten vom Balkon einen wunderbaren Blick über die Elbe. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen rund um die Bastei und in den Rauensteinen. Auch andere Wandergebiete im hinteren Teil des Nationalparks sind mit Fähre und S-Bahn leicht ohne Auto zu erreichen. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe im Ort, was natürlich auch daran liegt, dass Autos draußen bleiben müssen.
Das hat jetzt nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun, aber für Selbstversorger gibt es vor Ort kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Öffnungszeiten der wenigen Geschäfte und Imbissstände sind schon sehr begrenzt.
