Very nice house in a quiet neighbourhood, short 5 minute drive into Avimore. Parking for 2 cars. Master bedroom has ensuite. Comfortable beds.
Blackout blinds on the bedroom windows would be a good idea, especially in the summer, where it is light very early and late. The main bathroom doesn't really have a shower, just a hose attached to the bath. Unfortunately, there is no shower curtain, and the water pressure is very high, so the bathroom gets drenched if you use this facility. Exit cleaning requirements are a bit excessive. Also, check-in is not until 5pm, not 4pm as stated on the listing, which is rather late, especially when paired with a 10am checkout

The size and space of the property. The quietness of the location with an enclosed private garden, yet close to amenities.
We could not work the tv. Thankfully, we had our daughter-in-law with us and she could operate it. Something about having to use a precise sequence of buttons and pairing, technology is not our thing. A minor detail really.

Very nice and tidy place.
Cosy vibe.
Everything you need for a nice stay in Aviemore.
Good location to explore the region.
The mattrass in the master bedroom needs replacement.
But this is really the only thing that we could come up with :-)
Everything else is just perfect !
