Ozark Vanderlust -- Toyota Sienna Converted Stealth Campervan!

Meet Ozzy the Campervan from Ozark Vanderlust! Howdy, we're Stephen & Tristen! We were inspired to create this van after renting a similar one for a road trip in Oregon. We had a blast spending two weeks in that van, decided we wanted to do something similar within the first week, and a year later bought our own to embark on our own campervan journey. Avid backpackers and adventurers ourselves, we've been all over the world and the U.S., but love calling Arkansas home. The Ozarks have a special something we haven't found anywhere else, and we'd love to share that with you. Whether it's camping at the Hawksbill Crag trailhead overnight so you can be there at sunrise, hopping between swimming holes in the summer, parking next to little-known waterfall trails for easy access in the spring, we know you're going to enjoy what Arkansas has to offer with us. Why a minivan? Minivans are perfect for stealth camping in urban environments or out on the road. Our van fits in normal parking spots and has tinted windows and (coming soon!) blackout curtains to help hide your lights and give you privacy. It also gets great gas mileage compared to larger Class B vans and especially RVs, and is much easier to drive. No, you can't stand up in it, but that's just about its only limitation. Our van doesn't have obnoxious branding plastered on it for maximum stealth. ___. Here's what's included in our rental. If you have any requests or needs, please let us know! THE VAN • 2007 Toyota Sienna FWD minivan with leather seats • A/C and Heat • Small plug-in power inverters • 100w solar panel and 300Wh solar generator • AUX 3.5mm audio jack and cord for the car • JBL Bluetooth Speaker • USB-A & USB-C Power Adapter • Phone mount • Bright LED energy-saving interior lights • Built-in DVD player with RCA connections (we're working on getting the sound to work...) • Storage: multiple storage areas in van, and a locking roof-top Yakima skybox on top! • Infant car seat and hiking pack available for free • First Aid Kit • Battery-powered jump-starter THE BED • Full-size mattress (4 sections of 4 inches of latex memory foam) with durable covers. Or, opt to bring your own inflatable camping mattresses (and/or sleeping bags) to put on the bed frame to save precious space in the van and add more casual seating space inside. Let us know your preference! • Fresh linens, weather-appropriate blanket, and pillows included. If you'd rather bring your own sleeping bags, let us know. • Storage space under bed frame and access to spare tire jack THE KITCHEN • Two-burner stove and a starter bottle of propane, with matches and lighter • Basic cooking utensils such as skillet/pot, cutting board, potholders, dishes and flatware, knives, mixing bowls, can opener, kebab skewers and marshmallow roasters, spatulas and ladles, coffee percolator • 4-gallon water tank with spigot, plus another 4-gallon tank if you want it • Slide-out large cooler (Igloo Marine 48L, with upgrade to a Yeti 45 available) • Built-in fold-out table • Collapsible wash tub, 2.5 gal,, natural scrubbing sponge, and biodegradable soap • Miscellaneous basics like aluminum foil, clothes pins and paracord for hanging laundry, small leftover containers, ziplock bags, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, etc. • Basic spices and cooking oil • Multiple storage areas and countertop space • Fire Extinguisher THE REST • Local adventure guidebooks and maps • Two camping chairs • 5-gal solar shower • Phone/text support during the rental if you have questions about the van, want suggestions on where to go, etc. • Awning available.
