Discover the beauty of Northwest Arkansas from this adorable 3-bedroom house. With a queen bed, 2 full beds and king bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this enchanting space. We are close to the University of Arkansas. We are not far from the “The Grand at Willow Springs.” We are about 10 minutes from Fayetteville, 10 minutes in to Prairie Grove and 5 minutes to Farmington. You can watch the game on the back patio or hang out at the fire pit.

Great location out in nice farm country but still only 5 minutes from town. Easy access to several mountain bike trails.

This house was absolutely PERFECT! Charming decor, with practical necessities. We were on town for graduation at University of Arkansas, and stayed here. Beautiful property and unexpected amenities - like a covered back patio with TV, and a fire pit. Large rooms, very comfortable beds and a lovely open kitchen/living room area that allowed loads of space for our family. HIGHLY recommend!

This property was as advertised and more! It was clean, well-stocked, comfortable layout, spacious outdoor area - all which lead to an ideal weekend for us. Communication with the host was timely and kind. Will most certainly return to this quaint Farmington home the next time we are in the Fay/Farm area!
