This private cottage is located on a park like setting in Fayetteville. If you're looking for a quiet retreat near Fayetteville's main attractions, you have found a gem. This is a two bedroom with comfortable full size beds, fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, full size washer and dryer, and full bath with shower/tub combo. There will be ample space for your family in the living area. Have your cup of Joe on the back patio while you enjoy listening to the birds. Cook dinner on the grill and enjoy the yard games. Ten minutes to I-49, 15 ninutes to Fayetteville square and Dickson Street, twenty minutes to U of A and Razorback stadium , Baum -Walker Baseball Stadium, fifeteen - twenty minutes to the Greenway Bike Trail, ten minutes to Lake Wedington and Ozark National Forest.

Cozy & comfortable with all cooking amenities, plenty of toilet paper as well as paper towels. Lovely sheets and blankets on beds. Living Room and back porch were definitely places to unwind. I plan to stay here again!! Excellent and quick replies to my changing needs. Thanks again!!

This place is a very cozy away from town, especially how much traffic there is by the college. We really enjoyed this rental. It was very comfortable.

The outside of the house is not very clean and appealing. It advertises 2 bedrooms but does not mention you have to go through one BR to get to the other BR. The bed in the first BR is very squeaky. Should have gotten a hotel room.
