Drew was at the property when we arrived (little early). He was very kind and helpful. He was a gracious host. We loved our stay. Great counter space in kitchen. I am a caterer and it was very nice.

This is a very nice little house. We enjoyed our stay. It is close to the arts district, which is why we came, but if if you are needing to do a campus visit, it's an excellent location as well. The neighborhood is quiet. There are several restaurants close by.

The home was clean and basic. We felt it needed an additional lock that could only be opened from indoors as the surrounding neighborhood feels marginal. The house is very bare-bones, kitchen minimally stocked. Basic amenities like soap & sponges were not available. Perfect for a group of guys just looking to crash. Not ideal for groups looking to cook, relax and enjoy the home.
