Alba central City

Nice large room with high ceilings, just wish I had a private balcony as it was shared. Bathroom and room were clean. Also had a fridge which was great for cooling drinks. Location is good if you are shopping and sightseeing around the area. Felt safe at night and bed was a dream to sleep on.

I didn't enjoy the front door banging alot, it shook the windows in the room so I went out. Would have liked some water in the room as the bathroom was external. Nice building but the door banging kept making me jump. It's on the fourth floor and there is a lift. Sockets are on both sides of the rooms walls so my 2 metre charging cable just reached. Would have preferred a socket closer to the bed.

Saying they offer free breakfast is a huge push. It was just cheap packaged pastries like dry cookies and croissants. That’s not a real breakfast. “Free coffee and snacks” would be more appropriate. There is also no noise controle, you hear everything on the street (which get loud at night). The owner needs to sound proof the windows or at least offer earplugs. Also one morning at 9am I was woken up by the guy at the reception because he was yelling at the cleaning lady. We also had allocated shared bathrooms, there are 3 bathrooms there but you’re only allowed to use the one designated to your room, which is ridiculous. If my bathroom is being used and I need to shower or go the toilet, I should be able to use one that is free.

Central position, excellent facilities and easy check-in process. Professional and kind staff who welcome us and took care of our needs. Highly suggested for people who need a night or two in Palermo, for work or personal travel.
