Great localisation and helpful staff - maybe they don't respond fast, but when they do they try to help as much as possible.

Little cold at room and problem with hot water (sometimes you need to wait long for it or goes only for few minutes not whole time shower)

Location is few mins walk from the train station, which has a direct train to the airport. This is located in an extremely safe and residential /commercial area. Loads of cafés and grocery stores nearby. This district itself has its own charm.

I wish they had kitchen set up.

The location, only 5mins walk form Trastevere main station. Reasonable price, but don’t expect much !

Unfortunately every thing else. Very bad communication, texted them via Whatsapp (as they always request) & via Booking but without any response for 2 days! Although they see the messages! Till few hours before arrival I didn’t know how we will get in the room because there is no one in the reception after 3pm! (Thats not written on Booking), till I finally called them via WhatsApp. They lack good manners in communication. The room is old & a lot of broken items, like the toilet seat, the handle of the bathroom door .. My wife was trapped inside for few minutes before knowing how to get out ! , even the keylocker outside to get your key, I spent almost 10 minutes to open it as its was stacked & even injured my finger. This an experience that for sure will never be repeated.
