Trastevere駅から程近く便利な場所でした。 Roma Termini駅と違ってこの駅は空港からローカル線一本で安く辿りつけて、空港への前後にはうってつけだと思います。 近隣にいくつか宿泊施設があるものの、観光客でいっぱいというエリアではないので落ち着いて滞在できる良いエリアでした。北上するとトラステヴェレのメインエリアまで徒歩で15~20分。東に向かって川を越えるとメルカトのあるテスタッチョ地域まで15分程度。シチリアやナポリで知り合ったイタリア人たちもローマのこのエリアの滞在はお墨付きをくれました。 室内、バスルームともに綺麗で水圧なども全く問題なく快適でした。 駅から近いので電車移動の人はチェックインやチェックアウトの移動日は楽だと思います。
建物への入り方、居室の並ぶフロアへの入り方は初回Webページからロックを解除するなどややトリッキーに感じましたが、動画付きでホストからメッセージが送られてくるのでそれをしっかり確認すれば問題ないかと思います（着いたらわかるでしょ、という感じだと中に入れないと思います）。 居室に入るとやや下水の匂いがしました。が、バスルームからはその匂いがせず、一体どこに原因があるのかわかりませんが、今後対応してもらえるとより良い宿泊地になると思います。

La zona in cui si trova l’immobile è sicuramente comodissima, ci si può spostare facilmente verso il centro. Ed è anche una zona molto tranquilla.

Appartamento primo piano. La stanza è ben arredata, pulita e accogliente. Ho apprezzato molto la biancheria da letto e da bagno Total White che sottolinea il senso di pulizia.
La TV non è collegata al digitale terrestre. L'insonorizzazione è inesistente, si sentono gli altri ospiti. Le prese elettriche non funzionano benissimo, soprattutto quelle del comodino. L'acqua calda è a tratti.
