+ coffee provided by owner is very tasty
+ facility owner well prepared for all cases, good information about possibilities, restaurants, sights, etc
+ fenced closed private parking lot
+ balkony with mosquito net, enabling to sit outside during evening
+ backyard with pool
+ lift
- a bit small. For couples or singles only. Very extreme case 1 smaller child.
- location is a bit further away from the city center. But the beach is not far.
- as the bathroom only has a sliding glass door, a slightly more powerful air (odour) exhaust could be useful.
