The location is good, close to everything (castle, market, pedestrian street). Everything looked new, in good working condition. Fast internet, real coffee maker and even coffee was provided. Fast and easy communication with the owner.
The payment information provided by booking.com was wrong. It said that all taxes are included but the local tax was not collected by booking.com. The info on the local tax was also wrong, in HUF as well as in eur. It turned out that there was a minor charge for AC, this info was missing on some booking.com pages. It was a minor payment anyway, waived by the host. This looks bad when extra payment is needed at check in but this was the fault of booking.com and not the owner. I suggest that after booking a flat, the payment should be discussed with the owner. We had 4 bookings in Hungary, the payments were handled differently. But according to booking.com, there were the same.

Clean suite. Well stocked. Close walk to Festetics Palace and main square/shopping. Quiet stay. Easy check in/out.
Very steep stairs up to suite. 20+ min walk to beach or train station. Pillows too thick/large for comfort. Tax paid in cash and extra daily fee to use A/C.
