Sypialnie były sporych rozmiarów, a salon, choć niewielki osobno. W każdym pomieszczeniu wentylatory, co wystarczało mimo umiarkowanych upałów. W oknach siatki przeciw owadom, więc można było mieć je otwarte cały czas. Miejsce parkingowe na posesji gospodarza. Budynek naprzeciw pałacu i pięknego parku, blisko centrum. Łatwy dojazd do różnych plaż.
Przy temperaturze powyżej 34 stopni przydałaby się klimatyzacja.
