Не прислали инструкцию по заезду, пришлось звонить, искать менеджера.

Дуже приємний персонал, все пояснили, повідомили, допомагали!! Дякуємо!!

Location was great, around buildings there's lots of green and private parking. The building is old, but at first, the apartment seemed alright - renovated and clean, which was not.

The apartment was full of spider webs, it seems if someone cleaned just surfaces you see at first entrance. There were big and fat spiders, not ordinary ones - i even took pic. Since all were on the ceiling and walls around the bed, it wasn't comfortable for sleeping. Also, we asked for crib because there is a possibility to get it, and it got approved, but there wasn't one in the apartment. The kettle was full of limescale and unusable. There were hairs on the pillowcases and in the shower. The toilet was not washed properly, it was dirty like after someone had done a bowel movement, which I literally cleaned with one scrubbing with a toilet brush. There was hand soap and towels, but no shower gel as it said there would be. It was said that instructions would be waiting for us. Nothing was waiting for us, not even for the wifi that was supposed to be there.
