Will’s Rock is a beautifully refurbished first floor, three storey apartment in central St Ives. Enjoying wonderful views from the master bedroom across the harbour and out to sea, this stunning holiday home is tastefully furnished and welcomes well-behaved dogs.
On the first floor of this luxury apartment, you will find the living/dining/kitchen area. The newly fitted kitchen is an atmospheric midnight blue and boasts a breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer plus a separate wine cooler and a washing machine. The coffee machine is a Lavazza with milk frother to enhance your morning blend!
Decorated in subtle blues, greys and greens, the living and dining area has a boutique feel with stylish interiors and two large sash windows to enhance the relaxing living space has comfy sofas a Smart TV and DVD player.
The contemporary dining table seats up to six guests.
The totally unique master bedroom suite is on the top floor and accessed via a flight of space saver stairs. This lovely sleeping and relaxing chamber is light and airy with dual aspect windows and ever-changing views across to the harbour and ocean beyond. The bed is king-size and a chill out space has been furnished to give a private lounging corner. The contemporary free-standing bath adds romance whilst soaking and gazing up at the stars.
On the first floor you will find the two carefully designed bedrooms. The charming second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom is decorated in ochre hues and has a double bed.
Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with a rain head shower over the bath and a handheld shower attachment. The luxurious fittings include a back lit mirror, heated towel rail, vanity unit, wash basin and WC. A second, separate WC with cistern hand wash basin is located on the same floor.

We arrived in the early evening and had trouble getting the keys we needed. We had the code, however. The other tenants were very helpful with this. My two companions, both in their 60's had a few suggestions. They had trouble getting the heat on in the flat. We couldn't find details on how to operate a few appliances. Two of us were from the US, and one was Swiss. We didn't know how to work the hob or the washer, and had issues with the tv as it kept losing internet. However, overall, we were pleased for the location, cleanliness, and the decor. And, the weather was awesome all week!
