Good location. Very clean, pleasant and helpful contact person.

Quite difficult to locate location of key. Locked box on bottom of cupboard. Difficult to enter code at night. 4 people but only 1 swipe key. No dishwasher, no starter milk.

It was conveniently located to the edge of the city with bus stop outside. Spacious apartment more than adequate for a family stay in the city.

A little more information about the building and facilities, use of tv etc would have been appreciated but these are minor things. We did request early entry but did not hear back to indicate the apartment was ready and checked in at the 3pm normal time. Bag storage is an issue if you arrive early to Perth and do not have a car.

The apartment was very well located and good value for money

There was only minimal cutlery and dinnerware. It would be good if there was at least a piece dinner setting and 4 pieces of each cutlery type

Convenient Well appointed

When we arrived the door I’d the apartment was open probably because the door was hard to close. The apartment was an older building & looked tired . Which didn’t bother us. Sadly the apartment was dirty, lots of dust & dirt everywhere Kitchen, windows, wall, woodwork & floors all need a deep clean Stains on the lounge Internet code given to us was incorrect Responses to contacting the host were AI responses Internet worked after we contacted the host All the comments above were noted by other guests in the visitor books. It’s a shame because it is a good apartment.
