It was horrible, don’t stay here.

Nothing was like able.

Open wiring not safe for kids specially, Fungus everywhere, smelly apartment, insects in washroom/toilet. Old smelly utensils and uncleaned electric appliances. Molded old smelly towels. It was a crap.

We were able to park off street.

Place smelled so so strongly of marijuana, which is awful because we had our two year old and 9 month old. The pictures were clearly taken years ago as the walls werent even white in many places anymore. It was advertised as a two bedroom, but there were no extra sheets, pillows or blankets available for the couch “bed.” The shower had mildew all throughout it and overall the place did not feel very clean.

Location was fantastic. You could easily reach out to the host. Proactive when we reported that the bathroom was going to flood the flat. Someone came out at the earliest possible time. It is just 20 to 25 minutes from Charlie de Gaulle Airport.

We were not informed that parking permits was need on the street, so we got a parking fine. In some cases you have to drive a long way to park as it is a built up area. So ask for a free parking lot when booking this flat

We sufferer from the transportations.

The apartment has almost every thing you need for short stay, The owner helped us in finding the way to reach the city center from the flat

The way to open the door explained, but the door itself is strange way to lock, the coffee machine without any coffee and for someone is visiting the place he does not has the time to by the coffee and even it is not written the coffee suitable to the machine. The services could be better by left the useful things like the coffee..

Everything was old and broken/torn. I wasn't used to it. You couldn't even touch certain things because you were afraid it would break. Towels were super few. Tiolet and bathroom clogged water pipes; making everything wet. Curtains broken and everything dirty

problem with water evacuation

its very clean a good 30m2 1 bed room + 1 living room with Sofa and TV, Wifi, 1 small kitchen, 1 small toilet and shower. comfortable for a couple with 2 kids. it's a 2 floor individual house in a residential area, the owner is on the 1st floor. if you have a car then 5 to 10min away from highway A3 and A1 to CDG airport. overall it's Silent and calm at night since it's residential neighbourhood.

big problem with water evacuation in shower and toilet if someone is taking shower in 1st floor water come out in ground floor shower bath room full of used water you can't take a good shower because used water in the shower doesn't evacuate properly it takes lot of time to evaluate it goes out from the hole very slowly. morning water came out from shower into the kitchen until living room. there is no Ventilation in the toilet and shower all the furniture is 2 euro Ikea decoration which break very easily In French they say: " meubles de deux balles " so you must be careful everything breaks very easily. the door doesn't lock from inside again the key is 2euro ikea lock. for example if we book a hotel, the hotel manager don't send you many emails showing how to clean the hotel room, but here he does. from 9:30 in the morning he keep on sending disturbing emails as if we have nothing else to do his emails are moral harassment. before sending the code to enter the appartement he sends you many many emails and photos showing how to clean the appartement this was very embarrassing. we pay 30 euros for cleaning i saw the booking bill it shows 55 euros rent, 30 for cleaning and 6 some other tax.

L’établissement est bien situé à proximité de transport. Le fait d’avoir un emplacement pour se garer est un avantage. Logement bien chauffé.

L’hygiène et la propreté du logement est clairement à revoir. Moucherons dans la salle de bain avec odeurs d’égout et de renfermé. Les sols poussiéreux et des cheveux par ci par là… la cuisine également, vaisselles sale ainsi que la cuisine… Un peu déçu à ce niveau même si le prix est abordable l’hygiène est une priorité.

Gute Unterkunft mit top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, vor allem wegen des sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses. Die Dame, die dort wohnt, sowie die Nachbarn waren hilfsbereit, und es wurde versucht, die Privatsphäre so gut wie möglich zu gewährleisten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt – darunter Arbeitsfläche, Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Ähnliches. Die Lage ist ruhig, und wir hatten das gesamte Apartment für uns allein. Ein Parkplatz war für uns reserviert. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft für diesen Preis wirklich top.

Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass wir für den Selbst-Check-in eine Kopie unseres Ausweises an eine externe E-Mail-Adresse senden sollten. Ich vermute, das hängt damit zusammen, dass sich das Apartment in einem Familienhaus befindet und der Betreiber einfach auf Nummer sicher gehen wollte. In der Sommersaison wäre eine Klimaanlage angenehm gewesen, aber bei dem günstigen Preis wäre das fast zu viel verlangt – immerhin standen uns zwei Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Sehr hilfreich wären außerdem Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Im Badezimmer tropfte das Wasser; vermutlich müsste die Art der Armatur gewechselt werden.

Points positifs : - place de parking dans la rue ainsi qu'une place de parking dans la cour intérieure. - Quartier calme et facile d'accès

Points négatifs : - logement très sale - poisseux - odeur persistante de tabac - salle de bain dégoûtante avec de la crasse - réservation pour 4 adultes, couchage d'appoint dans le séjour non préparé et draps introuvable, pas vraiment agréable lorsque l'on arrive tard. Le ménage est vraiment à revoir...

Appartement très bien situé et nous avons pu apprécier le calme du coin mise à part quelques voisins bruyant.

Les voisins étaient bruyants et malheureusement la housse de couette avez un énorme trou.

La maison est bien situé, c’est malheureusement le seul point positif

Nous sommes partis à 4 deux couples .. nous avions louer la maison pour 3 nuits, tout d’abord nous devions récupéré les clés à 14h mais 16h passé nous n’avions toujours pas reçu le code de la boîte enfin bref, arrivée là bas espace plutôt accueillant au premier abord mais nous avons vite déchanté, il faut traversé le garage des propriétaires pour accéder à la maison. Une fois arrivé on ouvre la maison et là une odeur !!!!! Des remontés d’égouts c’était horrible enfin bref on ouvre toutes les fenêtres et là commence vite le carnage, des cheveux moisies dans la douche,trou dans le mur, des taches d’humidité sur le plafond des bêtes mortes par terre, de la poussière énorme étant allergiques au acariens c’était pas terrible, nous avions également prévus de manger sur place mais vue l’état des casserole moisie je recommande pas du tous, en plus de sa il y a des caméras partout l’impression d’être surveillé au moindre geste. Niveau confort la literie fait très mal au dos nous avons dormis sur le canapé qui était cassé, pareil pour les tabourets de cuisine tous cassé, enfin bref si vous y allez prévoyez votre bidon de javel avant de vous installer… j’arrête là je met une étoile car je peux pas mettre moins… je vous joint quelques photos en complément..
