Not a comfortable stay during summer, maybe other seasons it would be fine.
The location was ok from an access to public transportation. It was a short walk to the station but the locality. The kitchenette is fairly well equipped and the host tried to bring some of the additional equipment that we asked for.
The rooms were in a complete mess when we arrived for check in. It was not ready. The rooms are very small and the property is not suited for 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms during summer are not comfortable because there are only temporary fans and you cannot keep the windows open during the night due to insects. The bathroom was very small.

30 Minuten bis ins Herz von Paris.
Niedliches kleines Apartment nur drei Minuten Fußweg von der RER B entfernt. Und trotzdem bekommt man von der Bahnlinie nicht mit. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig. Habe mich zum Abendessen mit Freunden in der Nähe der Opera getroffen: 30 Minuten von Haus zu Haus. Perfekt! Die Wohnung hat einen ordentlich ausgestattete Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Aus dem Bad kommt ein muffiger Geruch. Das sollte der Vermieter unbedingt ändern.

Pas de place de parking avec le logement contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce.
La condition essentielle de ma réservation était une place de parking avec le logement car je souhaitais laisser ma voiture sur place pendant mon séjour. J'ai reçu un message la veille de mon départ que le parking était dans la rue, et j'ai découvert en arrivant que c'était en zone bleue.
