Location is good
The noise from above seemed really loud , we was
All awake at 6.30 on Sunday , it sounded like there was contractors working ! I just think the walls /.floors are very thin.

Great location in between the Knowledge and Georgian quarters and away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre
The walls are paper thin. We unfortunately had a selfish large group staying above us who stomped and talked loudly all night both in their apartment and outside our window until 6am one night. I did contact the owners and they were very quick to act which I was very grateful for. I would have preferred to know that they encourage party groups as we were a family with a child looking for a peaceful break

Location. That it was advertised as having a parking permit. Decor. Pull out sofa bed.
No parking permit was left. We had to park elsewhere and were told the money would be refunded for this. I'm still waiting for this to happen and have had to submit a complaint form. The kitchen wasn't that clean primarily the cooking utensils and the fridge door wouldn't shut. If the parking hadn't been a nightmare, then overall this would have been a far better stay.
