Beautiful and spacious and very comfortable and clean - had everything we needed and more. Great location
Only slight downside is that it was in the basement but it was still light and airy with windows at street level

Easy booking and plenty of communication. Comfortable beds, clean, plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery.
Wouldn’t be able to seat everyone for a meal if needed, little storage for food in kitchen and fridge not very cold.

Pros Location was perfect Loved the little historical fact of the age of the houses in the information binder , Comfy mattress and pillows
Cons We had 1 small soap and 2x very small body washes and 2 toilet rolls given to us as a family of 5 this was not enough for a 4night 5 day trip ,

Location. That it was advertised as having a parking permit. Decor. Pull out sofa bed.
No parking permit was left. We had to park elsewhere and were told the money would be refunded for this. I'm still waiting for this to happen and have had to submit a complaint form. The kitchen wasn't that clean primarily the cooking utensils and the fridge door wouldn't shut. If the parking hadn't been a nightmare, then overall this would have been a far better stay.
