Great location, quiet, clean, high end decor, pleasent surroundings, beautiful street, clear check in instructions, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen.
Could have done with some tea towels to dry up the dishes,. One bedroom door closed heavily and slammed often, a door stop would be good addition.

Great facilities. Comfy bedrooms. Very clean throughout. Well-equipped with good quality glasses, crockery, bedding and towels. Situated in a historic part of the city near to the cathedrals but a nice easy walk downhill to the city centre.
Handrail missing on a part of the steep stairs which does need replacing. The boiler room would benefit from a lock! A dishwasher would have been more useful than a washing machine but that's just a personal opinion for the needs of our group!

Number of bedrooms. Comfortable and clean
Shower wasn’t powerful. Not enough toilet roll. Distance from centre of city.

Location. That it was advertised as having a parking permit. Decor. Pull out sofa bed.
No parking permit was left. We had to park elsewhere and were told the money would be refunded for this. I'm still waiting for this to happen and have had to submit a complaint form. The kitchen wasn't that clean primarily the cooking utensils and the fridge door wouldn't shut. If the parking hadn't been a nightmare, then overall this would have been a far better stay.
