Host & Stay - Canning Quarters

The location was excellent and the hosts always answer messages quickly. The apartments were very nice and all the beds were comfy even the two sofa beds. Check in was really easy and parking was convenient.

The only thing we rated down about the property was the cleanliness as there was ice in the freezer that has been there a long time and it was stopping the freezer from shutting creating a smell, so the freezers just need defrosting every now and then. There was also some rubbish left in the apartment I think from the previous stay. With a deep clean these apartments would be excellent.

Comfortable, modern apartment in nice area of Liverpool. Everything you require for your stay. 2 spacious bedrooms and lovely, bright & airy living/dining/kitchen area.

A lot of noise from a neighbouring apartment on our last night but that’s out of the control of the management. The shower hose & head was leaking and a shower bath would not go amiss as the bath is slippery when wet. All small fixes.

Beautiful and spacious and very comfortable and clean - had everything we needed and more. Great location

Only slight downside is that it was in the basement but it was still light and airy with windows at street level

It was quiet on a night and we stayed over a weekend.

Everything is a bit tired, considering your asked if you’d like to pay a damage waiver fee I expected it to be of a high standard, but it’s not. Hand rail at top of stairs has come off and hasn’t been replaced. Marks all over walls, paint chipped, blue tac just left hanging off walls. All kitchen units chipped. Floor in main areas starting to lift. Had to roll up the rug as it was a trip hazard. What got us, we were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and there’s was enough beds for 12, yet the dining table was a small 4 seater and a 3 seater sofa bed and chair. It wasn’t comfortable for the amount in our party when we were all in, so can’t see how 12 could stay there.
