Great location

Great location in between the Knowledge and Georgian quarters and away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre

The walls are paper thin. We unfortunately had a selfish large group staying above us who stomped and talked loudly all night both in their apartment and outside our window until 6am one night. I did contact the owners and they were very quick to act which I was very grateful for. I would have preferred to know that they encourage party groups as we were a family with a child looking for a peaceful break

Great place for a weekend

Location was great , 10/15 minute walk to the markets and only 20/25 minute walk into Liverpool. Taxi in took less than five minutes. Apartment is really spacious and clean , has everything needed for a weekend. Hosts are so responsive and check in and out is extremely easy.

Lovely stay at Canning Street

The property is in a lovely, quiet, residential area a 30 minute downhill walk to the docks. It’s well equipped, spacious and well furnished. The bedrooms and bathrooms are airy and have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The communal area needs to be bigger to accommodate 12 people. There were 8 of us and it was difficult to all sit together in the lounge/kitchen area. The staircase up to the 2nd floor is very steep and twisty with small steps so is not ideal for young children or adults with mobility issues. Cleaning could have been better. We found a sock under one of the beds, the fans in all rooms were very dusty with more than a few days build up. The deluge shower head in the upstairs bathroom had black mound on all the sprayers which had obviously built up over time.

Fabulous stay

Property fabulous, beds super comfy and a good selection of pillows, easy correspondence with the letting company. Perfect but quiet location and easy to get into the town centre. We had a super stay and would return.

Perfect stay

Amazing stay. Stayed in 5 bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable. Beds were great, excellent kitchen facilities and clean bathrooms. Communication with host was fast and easy. Went the extra mile to provide travel cot and high chair for my baby, alongside a gift of a toy for them! Definitely will be back

Good location. Parking permit was not left. Parking charges not refunded.

Location. That it was advertised as having a parking permit. Decor. Pull out sofa bed.

No parking permit was left. We had to park elsewhere and were told the money would be refunded for this. I'm still waiting for this to happen and have had to submit a complaint form. The kitchen wasn't that clean primarily the cooking utensils and the fridge door wouldn't shut. If the parking hadn't been a nightmare, then overall this would have been a far better stay.

Location is really good. Some nice touches like a few capsules left in the nespresso machine.

Taking €10 admin fee off a refundable deposit is not sound. We felt like we may as well just pay the full €30 to waiver it.

Lovely comfortable stay in a perfectly located apartment that suited our needs

Property was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We were a family of 4 adults and 1 child.

The property could have been cleaned a bit better. The bins were emptied from the previous occupiers. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Didn’t seem like it had been swept either. However the beds and linen were all clean and comfy.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Everyone looks very new and the location is very close to the city centre. The TV was especially create due to the size.

The bed was a bit small for our liking and my pillow had a hole in it that left the inside exposed. Also the back garden was full of trash (this is probably because they are refurbishing the upstairs what it seems like). Furthermore, its a bit noise because the windows have single glass on the street side.

Sofa bed in the living room was horrible to sleep on for two people. The mattress and sofa springs do not hold the weight of a person properly . It should be definitely replaced . There are no shelves in the bathroom so nowhere to store your toiletries. Apartment has a bit of mould smell.

Location was excellent . We were there for a graduation . Service provided by Charlie the host was excellent . Very prompt , informative and professional in all communications.

Absolute tip out the back of the property. In addition to what looked like a builder had just dumped the entire contents of a house clearance out the back bins were over flowing with domestic litter all over the floor . Not great if you are a smoker as this was the only place to go ! First floor landing stunk of sick which didn’t go for the two days we were there. Not good as this is where the door to our appartment was. Whilst clean the appartment , especially kitchen dinning room had an overpowering smell of Chinese takeaway. Again had to open all the windows whist we were there and the smell didn’t dissipate whilst we were there.

Loved the location, space and having everything we needed for a great stay. This was a last minute booking due to the one we had booked not being far what it said it was, and we wouldn’t stay at it, so at 8.30 at night found this one, and it was great. Quick response from host one we booked, and we had no issues at all.
