Lovely apartment - warm in winter - close to train station

The managers were in touch with me before arriving and gave me all the information that I need to be calm about the entering. The apartments is very comfortable, all the stuff is in order. The elevator, the design of the rooms, excellent beds, charming balcony.

Прекрасные апартаменты. Двухуровневые, с большой террасой. Расположены в пяти минутах ходьбы от станции метро. В ближайшей шаговой доступности супермаркет Spar и Billa, аптека. В апартаментах есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания. Незаменимый вариант размещения при путешествии с семьёй. РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ!!!

El departamento está divino, amplio y con ventanas hermosas que dejan ver el cielo de Viena. Cerca del metro, como a 20 minutos del Innere Stadt. Me gustó mucho que tuviera lavadora, pues tuve que lavar la ropa de mis hijos que estaban de campamento. Pude ser Mamá y visitar la ciudad!
No me quedó muy claro cómo usar la lavadora. 🤣 Ah y está en un 4o piso, el último día nos enteramos de que había elevador.
