Wir waren rundum zufrieden und die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Eine sehr saubere, moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Maisonette mit einem wunderschönen Balkon, auf dem man herrlich entspannen kann. Lasst euch vom ersten Eindruck des Erdgeschosses bitte nicht abschrecken! Das Haus ist zwar schon älter, aber sobald man mit dem Aufzug nach oben fährt, erwartet einen eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in wenigen Stationen im Zentrum und das Schloss Belvedere erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 30 Minuten. Unsere Tochter war übrigens ganz begeistert von der Hängematte auf dem Balkon – so sehr, dass sie sogar darin geschlafen hat. Eine kleine, wirklich nur wohlgemeinte Empfehlung: Eine kleine Trennwand zwischen den beiden Nachbarbalkonen würde noch etwas mehr Privatsphäre schaffen. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Very nice appartement comfortable and clean. Owner of appartement very friendly, clear communication. Location is good for all public transportation and local market. If you are 4 or 5 person it's good choice for staying in Vienna.
Only TV is not available but it's fine for us.
