Location is fantastic for us. Been here dozens of times.

Getting a parking ticket in front. When their parking was full. We we not told to park at the Therme if no onsite spots to park.

Location in a nice area of Bad Reichenhall, the complete breakfast and a very pleasant balcony (Booking.com does not give a 8.5 score option)

1st night we had to park the car 5 walking-minutes away , luckily we did not had rain :)

We enjoyed Bad Reichenhall and it is a good location to visit Berchtesgaden.

Very good breakfast and attentive staff. Room was clean and had a balcony. Nice welcome at reception. Location opposite a pleasant park. It was nice to have breakfast in a lovely garden.

Brilliant location and excellent breakfast.

Excellent location next to the Thermal Baths and Park, and the free bus into town is literally a one minute walk. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wonderful selection of meats, cheese and bread rolls, along with coffee and juices.

Good position just few meters walking from Rupertus Therme. The room and bathroom were very spacious, Big balcony with a nice view. Various and good breakfast. The staff is really friendly and happy to give a hand for every question. The city centre is few minutes walking from the hotel.

Great location to discover the south of Bayern. Beatifull area. Friendly hotel.

Bad Reichenhall is an excellent base to discover Bayern. Nice village with nice restaurants. (Compliments to the local steakhouse B306! - best steak ever!) Hotel Am Rupertspark is in a reasonable quite area with a great view on the mountains from your room/balcony. Trainstation and Centre (shops) is 10 min. walk. You pay tourist tax (about 45 euro) but will get free access to train and bus for the area incl. train to Salzburg! Also visit Königssee, Hintersee and the Oberzalsberg/Eagle Nest! Famous wellness centre is 3 min. walk.

Breakfast was a bit limited. No buffet and everyday the same bread and toppings gets a bit boring. Hope they add yoghurt and muesli in the future and srambled eggs. Coffee is plain and no cappuchino etc. Waitress was super friendly!

no proper parking at the hotel, public parking ca. 500 meters. bed linnen flimsy. outdated quirky room and bathroom. the breakfast lady’s were very elaborate about nothing and there was no self service.

Absolutely value for money with a fantastic location.

The property has a beautiful breakfast outside area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect direct beside the park and we had a short walk to the city centre.

…. Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein wirklich niedliches, uriges und familiäres Hotel, welches mit Freundlichkeit und persönlichen Flair wirklich sehr überzeugt. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet. Es wird immer gefragt, wie es einem geht, so dass man auch persönlich in Kontakt gerät und zudem hinzukommt, die Top Lage direkt am Kurpark und an der Therme. Nach kurzem Fußweg ist man in der Innenstadt, hat unzählige Geschäfte, Gastronomie, Cafés, alles was das Herz begehrt und auch nicht weit entfernt, kann man schön wandern Predigtenstuhl oder Hochstaufen - es fehlt wirklich an nichts!

Das Hotelteam war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem. Frühstück war Klasse - alles frisch (kein abgepackter Aufschnitt und Käse) und von guter Qualität. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge war fantastisch. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Wir waren über meinem Geburtstag da. Beim Frühstück kam das Hotelteam zu uns an den Tisch und überraschte mich mit herzlichen Geburtstagsgrüßen, einer Blume, Geburtstagskerze und Sekt- liebevoll angerichtet auf einem Tablet.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Mittelmäßig, wir kommen nicht wieder

Gefallen hat uns das renovierte Doppelzimmer Nummer 1. Der kleine hatte ein Einzelzimmer und fand dies auch in Ordnung. Zudem gab es Außenrollos, was das Schlafen sehr angenehm machte. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, bzw. einen durchgehenden Balkon, bei dem man theoretisch in die nachbarzimmer gucken konnte, wenn man rüber läuft. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ein super Ausgangspunkt in die Berchtesgadener Alpen und zum Königssee. Dank dem Gespräch Personal durften wir in der 2. Nacht einen der Hausparkplätze nutzen.

Wie von vielen schon beschrieben, die Parkplatz Situation. Es gibt hinter dem Haus 3 erkennbare Parkplätze, die anderen beiden sind vor den Garagen. Wenn man diese nicht reserviert muss man weiter weg parken. Für jemanden, der leicht gehbehindert ist, ist das keine gute Lösung. Zudem hat in beiden Nächten die Heizung einen Alarm gegeben, welcher durch das ganze Haus zu hören ist. In der ersten Nacht ging es sogar mitten in der Nacht los und hörte stundenlang nicht auf. In der 2 Nacht ging es um kurz nach 19 Uhr los und hörte erst kurz vor 21 Uhr auf, als sich andere Hotelgäste selbst um das Problem gekümmert haben, da vom Personal niemand da war. Die Rezeption ist auch nur sehr spärlich besetzt. Beim Frühstück gab es Aufbackbrötchen, keine frischen, nur 1 Sorte Marmelade und gefühlt war der Osaft mit Wasser gestreckt, was auch meinem Mann aufgefallen ist. Kaffee gibt es so, alle anderen Kaffeespezialitäten und auch Kakao für Kinder kosten alle extra.

Die Lage ist top.

Wir waren über mehrere Jahre zu Gast und waren bisher mit dem Hotel und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Leider hat dies aus unserer Sicht stark nachgelassen: Das Frühstück war von Auswahl und vor allem Verfügbarkeit sehr eingeschränkt Die Kaffeespezialitäten zum Frühstück sind jetzt kostenpflichtig Auch die wenigen, ohnehin schwer befahrbaren, engen Parkplätze hinter dem Haus sind jetzt kostenpflichtig. Hier muss sich jeder sein eigenes Bild machen - uns jedenfalls lädt es nicht mehr zum Wiederkommen ein.

Nach Betreiberwechsel hackt es hier und da noch

Die Lage ist für den Besuch in der Therme und in der Stadt super.

Es gab einen Wechsel des Betreibers. Und die Abläufe beim Frühstück waren auch noch erschwert, da die Frau für alles alleine Zuständig war. Kaffee und Tee kochen, Platten herrichten und auffüllen. Tische abräumen und neu eindecken, Rezeption und Telefon bedienen, Ware annehmen und und und. Die Frau tat uns allen sehr leid.
