Premises very nice.
Telephone calls answered quite quickly and helpfully.
Oven was dirty
The heating wasn't set properly and we had to make a phone call to find out how to get it working.

The apartment was clean and very well maintained .large well furnished rooms good shower with a Tv in the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable .There is a large Tesco 5 minutes walk away and several restaurants/bars within walking distance,excellant shower and toiletries. Couldn't get the terrestrial channels working so just watched Netflix. Good size Tv and comfortable furniture with lots of space
I had difficulty finding the parking space as you need to go into block 9 car park to get to block 12 flats I found it after asking a couple of tenants. As it was hot when i stayed I needed to open the windows and there was a lot of road noise so needed to close the windows at night. Needed a few more kitchen utensils ,spatulas and sieve would have helped
