Joaninha's Beach House

Casita con buen espacio, cocina completa, mucho terreno para tomar algo relajándote mirando el mar. Se me permitió hacer el check in pronto, lo cual se agradece. Baño completo también. Todo muy limpio.

El mensaje para hacer el check in me llegó el último día, cuando me tocaba hacer el check out, intentando contactar con la dueña por telefóno, lo que demoró un poco. Hay muebles bastante antiguos en la casa, que no pegan con la reforma y lo bonita que es la casa.

El llit i coixins no són còmodes. Nosaltres no hem dormit molt bé però això és molt personal

The property is a great little cottage in a good location close to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and we found it great for cooking our own meals. There is one bedroom with one queen bed and a full down. The bedroom is large and bright. We found it a nice place to stay.

Our major problem was that the heater/air conditioner was out of commission for 2 days and the rooms were very cold. There is only one unit heating only the bedroom. The kitchen and living room have a very high ceiling. Being Easter weekend there was no one to fix it. The owner brought us a small heater but it was very inadequate for the space. The owner would not agree to a partial reimbursement. The living area was well furnished however the two chairs provided to view the television we're terribly uncomfortable. The property is high up on a hill requiring a high climb on lavastone steps. It is difficult to carry heavy luggage from the parking space to the cottage. The parking space is well protected with a sliding door however it requires careful driving to enter and exit as there is an angle to negotiate.

Great location near the beach it's like a 2 minutes walk. There is a nice restaurant at the beach the food is good and the prices are decent.

The apartment is quite small and there was no coffee machine.
