A Caminho da Ilha

O Anfitrião é incrível. Atencioso, prestativo, amigo. De todas as viagens que ja realizei, nunca havia encontrado uma pessoa tão perfeita como o Sr. Helio. Meticuloso, tudo muito limpo e conferido por ele. A acomodação é bonita, bem conservada com todos os utensilios de cozinha. Ele é tão perfeito que deixou alimentos, vinho, bebidas e outros mimos como cortesia. Foi incrível. Nenhuma falha, nenhum erro.

Helio was very kind and very helpful. He picked us up at the airport around midnight and had dinner and breakfast ready for us. He provided us with lots of valuable information about the interesting places on the island and is a very warm hearted man! Our stay was definitely worth the money! He treated us like his very valuable family friends on a visit.. 10/10!!!

Helio,the host met us personally to provide the keys, welcomed us to the apartment, showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions upon arrival. Helio encouraged us to contact him with any questions during our stay and was very responsive to messaging throughout the entire process from initial inquiry to arrival to departure. He was so incredibly welcoming and provided tips regarding seeing the most incredible sites of the island, made restaurant recommendations and gave us of all of the information one would need in case of emergency. We've stayed at several other rental units during our travels and I would rate this as the absolute best in terms of host responsiveness, comfort, cleanliness and location. I would strongly encourage others to consider staying at A Caminho da Ilha during a stay in Ponta Delgada.

Our stay in this apartment was more than we could have hoped for and have absolutely no complaints.

Out of all the VRBOs and Airbnbs we have stayed at, Helio is by far the best host. He was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions for touring, provided generous offerings of food supplies, and the apartment was absolutely SPOTLESS. Anything you could possibly need was there. He even picked us up at the airport to get to our rental car. Sometimes positive reviews are too good to be true, but this is not the case. Helio really is an amazing host who goes out of his way to make your trip successful. He truly cares about his apartment and his renters experience.
