Overpriced and under delivered

We booked it to get massages and use the bikes. Upon check in we inquired about bikes and they couldn’t get them until the next day at 10. Not ideal but we had 2 days so we agreed. We inquired about massages and they were completely booked and didn’t offer them on Sundays. So we couldn’t do that. We couldn’t take our own water into the pool area and were told that we had to buy water from them. Then upon getting the bikes on our second day they both had flats, so that was out. The staff were all super friendly and combating otherwise. But for over $100 a night it wasn’t worth our $.

Rooms don’t have any glasses, no complimentary water. The espresso rule is very funny, they highlight that during breakfast one can have only one espresso, and btw coffee is actually bad :)

Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. There is a gym, sauna, and swimming pool accessible for guests.

Good spa & welness in Sombor area

Nice small hotel at the outskirts of Sombor, that has a private parking in front and in the backyard. The breakfast was really good, almost everything made by the cooks in the hotel - plenty of variety, although it could work at least until 11, sometimes 7 to 10 can be a short time. The easter cookies with lemon cream were exceptional! The spa area is not that big, it has sauna, steam bath and a pool area, with outside area as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room is OK and the wifi was working great. You can rent the bikes for free which is awesome as you can ride around Sombor that's completely flat so you can check the whole city in 30 minutes. There's also a big gym on two levels that has a lot of equipment. Even though it's a bit far from the centre there are many supermarkets and a cafe nearby.

There's a strange concept of having only one espresso per person per breakfast, which is uncommon for breakfast buffet, but it's not that big of an issue as there's free filter coffee. The spa area can get crowded, especially since people from the outside can purchase the ticket. There's only 10 sunbeds so 5 per couple/family, otherwise you need to sit in a chair. The room doesn't have a kettle for making coffee or tea, and also only two glasses. It seems it could use a little bit of renovation, and the towels are really old, not something you expect in this kind of hotel, but the bath-robes were fine and towels you get in the spa. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable, and the AC was set to heating you couldn't change it even though it was hot outside.

Friendly and kind staff, nice & new hotel with good amenities in the neighborhood. Pool was very clean and it satisfies our expectations. Rooms are large enough for a couple with 2 small kids. Photos are representative.

Two major things, especially families with kids need to consider 1) There was no feeding chair in the restaurant, this is a big minus considering you need to hold your baby during the breakfast 2) hotel is new and shiny, however, the marbles on the ground, especially inside the shower cabin is very slippery, even for adults.

Great two night stay

Nice hotel with a great little spa/wellness area and a cozy room. Our room was very clean, quiet and cozy. Breakfast was also very nice with different options and some great sweets as well. Hotel spa is not big, but just what we needed, we spent there four hours and really relaxed. It was quiet in the morning and early afternoon. Hotel staff is very helpful and our stay was overall pleasant and restful.

Some greenery/trees/garden greens outside of the wellness area would feel even more relaxing - view over the residential buildings is not so relaxing and pretty. But this is a very very minor thing, spa is otherwise great.

Rooms are very cosy, especially the bed - very comfy. Staff is excellent, very kind and looking forward to meet your needs. Nice place for breakfast, nice spa and pool. Room service is also good - they have their restaurant nearby from which you can order food to your room.

Wonderful hotel for wellness reset!

This wellness hotel is a true gem. It is located in Sombor, nearby the bus station, so it's really easy to get there even if you are travelling without car. In case you do, there is a parking there. Sombor itself is a town that has a lot to offer, a true historical and cultural center, so it adds up to the quality of visit. My room was quite big, clean, calm and quiet, with a huge bathroom. It had a terrace with a nice sunset view. Wellness area is really perfect, clean, with a warm pool, sauna, steam bath, showers, tepidarium and places to rest and chill. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available in the wellness area. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it really had everything I needed. If you are a vegan, be sure to contact the hotel prior to your coming so you could maybe have more options. Staff was extremely welcoming and ready to meet any wishes and request. WiFi connection was excellent. I will definitely come back!

I'd suggest more vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast, as well as swifter replacement of beverages in the room fridge. But, as I said, staff is extremely helpful and will provide everything you need upon request.
