What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping, restaurant servers to the concierge—was marked by genuine kindness, attentiveness, and a clear passion for hospitality. It wasn’t just the service itself, but the way it was delivered. Staff members remembered our names, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and always seemed one step ahead of our needs—without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell that creating a great guest experience is not just part of their job, but part of the culture here. Special thanks to the front desk, who went above and beyond with recommendations and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. And to the breakfast team—your energy and warmth every morning were the perfect way to start the day. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but the staff here truly raised the bar. It’s rare to feel so genuinely looked after while still enjoying complete freedom and comfort. This team deserves every bit of praise. We left feeling not just well-rested, but sincerely appreciated. brilliant service

amazing staff! they allowed me late check out to take a shower after the race (I was there for the sombor half marathon), they made me a second breakfast, they were running around everyone trying to make them feel comfortable. 5* service

towels could be newer but other than that, everything was great

Staff was wonderful, location exceptional - right in the centre of city but hidden behind buildings and a square, so no traffic noise.

The only complaint - Our room had a shared balcony with another room, so I wasn't comfortable using it or leaving our window open when we weren't there.

Hotel is in the heart of the city but in a corner without a traffic, overlooking nice part of the old city. It is well decorated and super clean. SPECIAL REMARK ABOUT THE STAFF; you clearly see that they want to make your stay one of a kind.

The staff was one of the kindest, the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever met. Everything was on the highest level, the hotel is very cosy and comfortable. But the Turkish coffee in the morning was so tasty that I started to consider not to leave until the large coffee pot is completely empty and they won’t make another one anymore.
