The hotel has kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and is peaceful and quiet. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, and the Wi-Fi is good. It is good for a short stay.

The mattress and pillows are older and hard.

very rude staff, barely speaks English and makes fun of you in local language. smells bad everywhere because of cigarette smokes in room. very uncomfortable old bed.

Competitive price and location for our purposes (if you include breakfast that we didn't have) and lets say ample parking space.

Cleanliness (I know it's a gas station lodging, but there shouldn't be an oil slick on the carpet). Early checkout (10am) and the noise levels - from the outside, from other rooms and the cleaning crew early in the morning (the walls are paper thin). Also when checking out had to wait for somebody to confirm that we didn't use nothing from the "mini bar".

Worst Check-In ever, rest is good for the price

January 6 is a holiday in Serbia. While coming in greeted the female Receptionist and asked for a free room. She said there is no room available so I walked out and was double-checking my booking.com reference. Then I told her, that I have a reservation and would like to get the room I booked and she rolled her eyes. Then she tried to trick my by pretending, that the card-machine is not working, despite the fact it was showing a connection error, so I guess she unplugged the machine. After walking to the atm and paying in cash I was allowed to stay. The rest of the staff, especially the cook and breakfast was very friendly, but I will never come back because of this lady on that night. She is either racist, or impolite, or just lazy for check-ins.

Fast das gesamte Personal hat das möglichste gegeben um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Nach oben ist im Leistungspotenzial noch viel Luft in der Gesamtbewertung.

Monotones Frühstück. Immer dasselbe jeden Morgen. Nur ein Kaffee war frei, Rest musste alles bezahlt werden. Das ist kein Frühstück inklusive. Fernseher war nicht funktionell den gesamten Aufenthalt. Schwaches WLAN. Der Teich vor dem Motel lockte viele Vögel an, welche die parkenden Autos täglich auf dem Parkplatz voll kackten
