Breakfast was fine, but because there was a one-euro discount when using bookiong, I was humiliated by the staff that I paid a small amount of money and could only sleep in a small bed. However, I booked a king-size bed room.

I had a deeply disappointing and humiliating experience at this hotel. I booked a double bed room with breakfast via Booking.com for €27.3 — Booking gave me a loyal user discount, which made the price €1.7 cheaper than the hotel’s own offer (which was €25 + €4 breakfast = €29 total). Despite that, I was given a cheaper twin bed room instead. When I politely showed the receptionist my booking confirmation and room photos, he refused to admit the mistake, even scrolling through my phone and pointing to bathroom photos, saying: “This is your room.” I stayed calm and even joked to ease the tension: “Are you suggesting I sleep in the bathroom?” He didn’t smile or explain, but instead became impatient and gave me another room — again, the wrong room, a family room. Only on the third attempt did he finally give me what I had originally booked. But then he said something truly offensive and unacceptable: “You booked small money, that’s small bed.” This wasn’t just bad service — it was personal humiliation, price discrimination, and it felt like racism. From 23:28 to 23:54 on June 11, this man gave me two wrong rooms, denied my booking details, mocked me, and never once apologized. Instead, he tried to dismiss me and told me to “just go to sleep” — like I was the problem. I’ve been traveling full-time for over a year. I’ve used Booking.com for hundreds of nights in 10 countries, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. This is also the first time I’ve been racially insulted and disrespected like this. I will not forgive this. Your hair may be grey, but clearly your manners didn’t age with you. I sincerely hope you do not represent the hospitality of Serbia or Europe — because if you do, it is a true disgrace. To hotel management: please check your front desk footage from June 11, 23:28 to 23:54, to see how your staff mistreated me, gave two wrong rooms, and never apologized. I insist on leaving this 1-star review. You do not deserve better.

The toilet seat cover. That’s literally the only thing I found amiss.

- Excellent breakfast - Freshly renovated and clean rooms - parking space at the facility

- The TV in the room did not work. After addressing this to the reception staff, no one seemed concerned or interested. It has not been fixed - I received a room with two single beds - a different room than in the photos on booking.com. The room, although renovated, was very small and claustrophobic. The bathroom was small with a very small shower. - The service people are quite strict in their behavior and approach. A little smile and optimism would be useful.

Big bathroom, good and comfortable bed, a big TV in the room. Available free parking on premise. Good options for breakfast, although pretty simple. Walking distance to the city center (about 15 minutes), a quite area around the hotel.

Room was pretty dark with small windows to terrace, a bit of noize from the other guests sitting outside, the A/C was quite noizy too. The breakfast coffee was too strong and bitter.

Good breakfast but not so good coffee. Overall a decent breakfast experience. The room was quite small but good enough for our overnight stay. Polite and helpful staff.

Great 4-person room. Clean, tidy. Comfortable beds. Bath shampoo in the bathroom. The presence of a refrigerator is appreciated. Plenty of sockets. Good internet. Nice a la carte breakfast. The proximity of the border with Hungary, to get some sleep and move on.

I don't understand the previous negative reviews. Maybe there are other rooms of a worser quality in this hotel. In my opinion, for this price, everything was fine.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, with enough parking space and a shop close by. The shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom, so the floor is not getting wet. There is also a nice terrace for chilling out.

The location was great, close to the city centre. The price was reasonable and the staff was correct.

Unfortunately people smoke at the restaurant, which is nasty habit in the whole Serbia. We foreigners get shocked at this.

Always staying here in Subotica. They already know us, they're friendly and the stay is absolutely hassle-free. Top service!

He is very polite and give us some additional bonuses)) He include breakfast for all family in cost with good discount. Located not far from city center - 15min by feet

There are no electric kettle in room. You need to go to the kitchen to take boiling water.
