About this cottage rental
In Berry and Brenne, in the charming hamlet of Château Guillaume, a stone's throw from its castle, this characterful house has been renovated using traditional and eco-friendly materials.
Places to see: the Brenne ponds, Saint-Benoît-du-Sault (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Argenton-sur-Creuse and the Valley of Painters, as well as the Romanesque art of Poitou and Futuroscope... Gîte with garden (small pond) and terrace.
On the ground floor: living/dining room with wood-burning stove - fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden - shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm).
Extra bed for one person in the living room (sofa bed).
Bicycle storage and laundry room with tumble dryer in the outbuilding.
Electric heating (charged according to consumption) and wood (€45 per cubic meter).
Cleaning fee A €50 fee is charged for business trips, as well as a €11 bed linen rental per person.
Parking on the property.
