About this cottage rental
On the border of Berry and Creuse, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of writer George Sand, near La Châtre and Aigurande, nestled in the countryside and secluded at the end of a lane, this cottage is ideal for numerous hikes and peaceful, relaxing activities.
It is surrounded by meadows and woods. Children will be safe here as the nearest roads are far away.
The highlights: A water sports center 5 km away (open from mid-April to the end of October) offers water skiing and numerous other activities such as swimming, a large 8x12 meter play area, disc golf, and pétanque. There is also an 18-hole golf course and a spa center nearby.
Ideal for meetings, birthdays, and family gatherings... This renovated traditional Berry farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for families and friends, complete with a large private garden.
Ground floor: large living room (wood-burning stove), fully equipped kitchen, utility/laundry room, games/relaxation room or reception room, accessible toilet with sink, shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet with washbasin, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with four single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and one double bed (160 cm). 140 cm bed, shower room and separate toilet.
Large garden, private parking, and terrace.
Heating via heat pump and wood for the stove (included in the price).
Baby equipment provided upon request (high chair, booster seat, travel cot with mattress, baby bath, changing mat, potty, and toilet seat reducer).
