Beach Place 511 is a top floor unit that has been tastefully refurnished with new carpet, leather living room furniture, a new dining room set with seating for 8, and new bedroom furniture including a king in the master bedroom.
Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.
Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.
There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.
Views of the Gulf of Mexico are endless when you're way up here!

The location was perfect. The building was getting some needed repairs but that did not detract from the experience. We will be back!

As soon as we got there , within the first few hours , the hard to please teenagers said that it was their favorite vacation destination. There is a lot to do for under 21 . The adults loved it too . If we were to do it again , going grocery shopping before hand is a must . The closest store is probably 1 mile or so away . I would definitely go back there again. We usually go to Siesta Keys but everyone liked this place just as much if not better .

Pros-incredible view and location (1 minute walk to boardwalk and John’s pass park), great parking, easy check in and out, quick replies Cons-moldy shower curtains, carpets in room very stained and old, needs a deep clean, sink in first bathroom only had hot water, found several palmetto bugs in the house, tv didn’t work in one room
