Great place for families with children

The apartment is large and cosy, we were there with our grandchildren and we had plenty of room to sit and play. There are many facilities, Telenet TV, excellent Wifi, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, percolator... The mattresses are very good, we slept like angels. The place is very quiet, yet close to main facilities and only a couple hundred meters from the beach. The owner was also very helpful when we had questions.

We just missed a brush and dustpan, as sand gets everywhere in such locations ;-)

Glad we were only staying one night

Multiple bedrooms and toilets freezer worked well, nice balcony, carpark space was good and lockable

Tv did not work, microwave did not work, light fittings falling out of ceiling, kettle was black inside and unusable, sofabed is so hard you can not sleep on it,

De Panne is a nice place for families: not too crowded, many facilities, Plopsaland...

The location is absolutely fantastic, 5 minutes from the shore, 2 minutes from the tram stop, and close to all facilities. The parking exceeded the expectations: a private, closed garage box with direct lift access to the apartment. The apartment fully deserves its name: light, space, large balcony. Other assets: nice TV set, fast and reliable WiFi, good acoustic isolation.

The kitchen was a bit messy and the extraction hood didn't work well (actually it couldn't be switched off and it ran constantly but at very low speed, fortunately).

Vocht en onaangename geur

Parkeergelegenheid en regeling rond sleutel

Bij aankomst geen elektriciteit, eigenaar verschillende keren gebeld zonder succes. Na anderhalf uur zoeken toch bij de buren aangebeld en die hebben ons geholpen met de elektriciteit. Veel vochtplekken in de muren en er hing onaangename geur. Ook geen toilet papier om even verder te kunnen, In het bad lagen haren van de vorige gebruikers, kussen en donsdekens roken onaangenaam naar honden. We hebben er enkel geslapen en zijn ‘s ochtend ergens anders gaan ontbijten. In de ochtend had de eigenaar een sms gestuurd, dat ze blij was dat het opgelost was met de elektriciteit en dat de verzekering bezig was met de vochtplekken. Maar verder geen excuses of tegemoetkoming, hoe jammer het ook is, raad ik het aan niemand aan zolang die vocht er is. Hopelijk wordt dit snel opgelost voor verdere verhuur.

L’appartement a du potentiel mais devient vétuste ! - Premièrement, quand on arrive ça sent mauvais (le renfermé, le vieux, la cigarette, le chien?). L’odeur persiste tout le long du séjour malgré l’aération quotidienne. - Niveau sécurité : les tableaux électriques non protégés dans la toilette, la robinetterie de la douche qui se laisse aller - Gros manque d’équipements : exemple tapis de sol, savon, gobelets le tout dans la salle de bain. - Hygiène : pas l’impression que l’appartement ait été nettoyé à l’eau avant notre arrivée. Bref, vu l’appartement, son potentiel et sa superficie vous pourriez en faire un petit bijou, c’est dommage.

Viel Platz, direkt am Strand. Genug Elektrogeräte und gute Küchenausstattung. Ordentlich und aufgeräumt.

Die Bettdecken wurden schon länger nicht gewaschen, deshalb haben wir diese nicht benutzt. Allgemein ist die Einrichtung sehr abgenutzt. Kein Toilettenpapier und keine Waschlappen/saubere Schwämme zum sauber machen. Tür ins Wohnzimmer hat geklemmt.

Alors pas d’eaux chaudes le propriétaire prévenu et n’a rien fait 2h d’attente pour ensuite répondre que le plombier viendra lundi!nous retournons le dimanche !! Lit inconfortable matelas d’1m40 dans un lit d1m60 !aucune hygiène ! Meubles cuisine collant de graisse ustensiles mal lavé..déception totale !!

La proximité avec la plage

Pas d'eau chaude et de chauffage le premier jour. Appartement pas propre. Les équipements de la cuisine sont dépassés. Graisse et saleté sur les portes de la cuisine. Dans le four du papier sulfurisé plein de graisse, four pas nettoyé. Impossible de faire à manger dans l'appartement ! Deux oreillers plein de sang séché dans la garde robe des parents !!! Contacte avec la propriétaire qui a envoyé le lendemain un chauffagiste pour dépannage. Mais pour le reste nous avons tout laissé comme tel !!! Au prix payé c'est très limite et nous sommes bien déçus de ces 4 jours de vacances!

L’appart est très spacieux et avoir deux toilettes est un plus. L’emplacement est idéal. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Bon contact avec le proprio.

Chouette appartement mais propriétaire très désagréable

L'appartement est grand, agréable, lumineux et bien situé.

Nous n'avons pas reçu les instructions à temps pour récupérer les clés. L'hôte nous avait confirmé par un échange de messages qu'il y avait des draps de lits mais ce n'était pas le cas. L'hôte n'a fait aucun effort pour trouver une solution et nous avons dû acheter des draps de lit à nos frais. L'hôte a été tout à fait inutile et désagréable, il nous a même menacé d'un procès si on laissait un mauvais commentaire.

Dampkap was weg. Vreemd, vermits je wel kan koken normaal ?? Kamers waren een rommeltje. Afvoer geur in het appartement. Een degelijke poetsbeurt voor we kwamen was hier ook vergeten volgens mij. De klinken van de keukenkastjes waren plakkerig en vuil. Dat leek al lange tijd niet meer gepoetst. Ligging was wel prima, vlakbij de zee. Ondergrondse parking was perfect voor deze drukke buurt met weinig vrije parking in de straten.

Het appartement is schitterend gelegen, vlakbij het strand. De inpandige garage die kon afgesloten worden is ook zeker een pluspunt.

De totale staat van het appartement viel tegen. Bij het aankomen eerst bijna een uur moeten poetsen met zelf aangekochte dettol doekjes. Het appartement kwam niet overeen met de beschrijving in de advertentie. (Afgeleefd, vies, vuil) Bevuilde matrassen, ijskast die vuil was, dampkap die vies is en een continue gezoem voortbrengt. Salontafels die plakten. Vloeren vol zand, grond bevuild. Zetels met overtrekken die vies zijn, kussens met volledig versleten kussenslopen in de zetel. Douchegordijn met schimmel op. Kraan van de badkamer hing los. Bij aankomst nog geen rolletje wc papier voorradig. Zeer verouderde stofzuiger, die verschrikkelijk stinkt. Gordijnen in de living die volledig gelost waren. Op de koop toe geen warm water. Getracht in contact te komen met de nummers die genoteerd waren; niemand te bereiken. Pas dag erna reactie (tevens ook dag van vertrek) Klantenservice beneden alle peil.
