Just a neat and handy, well priced centrally located property.

This far exceeded what I was expecting. Five cyclists experienced comfort together with all the facilities we would need. I would imagine for a family beach holiday it would be perfect. Nele, brilliant, what a girl, she went out of her way to help. Thank you.

Modern luxury apartment in a nice area

Clean, spacious, modern and excellent location. The apartment is in the heart of the city with bars and restaurants in walking distance. To the beach it‘s a 15 minute walk. The apartment is very modern, everything is electric, very nice. The owner was very helpful when we had questions and wishes. Parking was free. Wifi was very fast.

voor herhaling vatbaar

Het appartement was compleet van alle voorzieningen, tot zelfs het zeepblokje van de vaatwasser, theezakjes, ... . Meestal moeten we alle detergenten, koffie&thee, poetsgerief, ... zelf gaan kopen (of meebrengen). Daar we ons na de wedstrijden in de strandzeilclub RSYC konden douchen hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van de badkamer die er nochtans verleidelijk uitzag. Keuken hebben we ook niet gebruikt daar we een avondmaal hadden jn de strandzeilclub en 'morgens reeds om 08u00 op strand moesten staan (briefing) klaar om aan de wedstrijden te beginnen. Tevreden naar huis met 2 podiumplaatsen, 2 zussen, gele helm 'la petite crevette' en 1ste benjamine (9 jaar) en 2de minime (witte helm - 12 jaar). Beiden strandzeilpilote bij CVB Boulogne-sur-Mer.

Zeer mooie accomodatie een echte aanrader.

We hebben op zaterdag ochtend geboekt en konden in de avond meteen inchecken. De communicatie verliep goed en het was een uistekende locatie met veel slaapkamers. Kind en dier vriendelijk.

De enige feedback die ik kan geven (waar ik overigens geen last van heb gehad). Ik miste wat informatie over parkeren op booking.com

De vlotte communicatie met de host.

De inkomhal was erg smal om met koffers naar boven te gaan.

Viel tegen voor de prijs die we moesten betalen.

De locatie was goed gelegen voor ons reisdoel. Dicht bij Plopsaland.

Er hing een vuile sigaretten geur bij aankomst, de inkomhal rook helemaal naar mazout. De bedden waren afgeleefd en sliepen niet goed.

Ausstattung top, Sauberkeit flop!

Es bietet eine großzügige Raumaufteilung und ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend.

Die Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es gab unangenehme Gerüche, Spinnweben, Staub und eine stark verschmutzte Dusche sowie Toilette. Die Reinigung des Badezimmers war daher erforderlich.

Schlecht!

Die Lage war so in Ordnung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen und auch der Strand höchstens 10 Minuten gehweg

Man hat Probleme mit der Kaution, dann wird der Reinigungsservice von 120€ einfach abgezogen ohne das man diesen in Anspruch genommen hat, weil man selbst dort sauber gemacht hat. Ist echt eine Schweinerei sowas auch das man sich nicht wegen der Kaution meldet das die wieder zurück kam. Hätte ich Sie nicht angeschrieben würden wir heute noch auf die Kaution warten und dann noch da Reinigungsservice abziehen wobei man selbst sauber gemacht hat würde am liebsten keine Sterne geben!

La proximité de la plage et du centre ville, L’accueil avec notre Hôte. L’espace très grand dans l’appartement et les jeux pour les enfants et les grands.

Le faite de devoir payer en plus pour avoir le linge de lit et les serviettes de bains. Tous devraient être compris le prix de location

Séjour la panne

L'emplacement du logement est idéal : un bar se trouve juste en face et une friterie est au coin de la rue. La mer est accessible en seulement 10 minutes à pied. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l hote, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Een aangename en gezellige plaats voor te genieten van een vakantie in het hartje van De Panne!

De ligging is uitstekend, de zaterdag markt was recht voor de deur en als je de straat uitliep zat je in de winkelstraat. Alles was op wandelafstand.

1 kamer was een stapelbed per 3, persoonlijk geen last van gehad maar kan me inbeelden dat andere dit wel hebben.
