The apartment on the 4th floor was as we expected. The living room is located to the sea site and the view from the sofa to the sea is tremendous.
We spend a week with our little dog in the apartment and he especially enjoyed the balcony which goes around the entire apartment.
Even from the sleeping room you can see the sea. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy the stay. The big refrigerator with a large freezer compartment is outstanding for self-sufficient people, There are a lot of great restaurants in de Panne 2 KM walk. In the direct neighbourhood you have a Brasserie where you get a unbelievable delicious bouillabaisse.
For those people to just arrive my tip is the key for the apartment is in a safe number coded. To reach the safe you have to open the letterbox of the apartment.
In summary we can recommend the apartment and we will come back soon.

Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Kindern oder Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und bequem. Toll, dass ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazugehört und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist besser als TV. Das Bad strahlt noch den Charme der 70er Jahre aus, was aber nicht stört, denn es ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Stadt erreicht man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Der helle Wohnraum bietet einerseits einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer, andererseits erfährt man doch eine starke Beeinträchtigung durch die in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindliche Großbaustelle, die bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt wurde..
Toilette und Bad haben noch nicht einmal mehr etwas vom Charme der 70er Jahre - sie sind abgewohnt und unappetitlich. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat häßliche feuchte Stellen um das Fenster herum, so dass sich die Tapete schon großflächig löst.
Die Schlüsselübergabe am Anreisetag war unkompliziert, wurde jedoch im Nachhinein extra berechnet.
Das Problem mit der Abfallentsorgung müsste besser gelöst werden ( eventuell Abfallsäcke in der Wohnung bereitstellen). Ungewöhnlich erscheint mir auch, dass Wasser, Strom und Gas noch zusätzlich nach Verbrauch berechnet werden, obwohl es bei Abschluss des Mietvertrages keinen Hinweis darauf gab. Der Betrag wurde als „Schadensmeldung“ von der Kaution einbehalten.
Wenn die Wohnung renoviert ist und die Baustelle abgeschlossen, kann man den Aufenthalt sicher genießen.
