Lovely stay with friendly host. Tidy and clean. Excellent location.

The owner was very helpful. The property was excellent location for all amenities and attractions accessible by car or tram right outside. Very tidy and clean and well decorated.

Nothing major. A couple of quirks like no sink next to toilet, and taps labelled hot /cold wrong way. Bedside lamp didn't work. Could do with an oven.

Un peu déçus, la prochaine fois nous choisirons plus confortable.

Appartement assez spacieux mais vieillot. Calme, pas trop loin du centre.

Pas d'ascenseur (n'étions pas au courant). Douche moisie, rideau de douche trop long, pas très hygiénique. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Literie en mauvais état, matelas durs et toile de protection déchirée. Travaux dans la rue à partir du 15-09 (jour de notre départ) programmés , n'étions pas au courant. D'où bagages à transporter du 2ème étage jusqu'au parking derrière l'immeuble, au minimum 8 trajets.

Schnelles WLAN, Netflix, lebensmittel Geschäft in der Nähe, schönes Wohnzimmer, bequeme Betten,. Kommunikation in englisch möglich. Der Ort hat einen schönen Strand. Ausreichend Geschirr

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung - Schimmel in der Dusche, Toilette wurde nicht gereinigt, der Duschvorleger ist auch stark von der Feuchtigkeit verschimmelt. Der Duschkopf ist verkalkt, wir haben in der Badewanne (in zweites Bad) geduscht. Gasherd in der Küche wurde auch nicht gut gereinigt. In ein Bett wurde der Bettlaken nicht gewechselt (Sand und Flecken auf dem Lacken). Daher meine selbst mitgebrachte Bettwäsche benutzt. 2 Mülleimer (Schlafzimmer und Toilette) wurden nicht geleert. In einem davon waren volle Windeln die ziemlich schlimm gerochen haben. Die Vermieter wurden davon informiert, damit die neue Reinigungskraft nicht diese Fehler nochmals wiederholt. Wir haben 4 Tage vor der Einreise erste Infos über der Wohnung erhalten, allerdings, wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt ist erst am Tag der Einreise, wo wir schon in Belgien waren. Gut das ich viel kostenloses mobiles Internet habe und es mittlerweile in ganz Europa keine Roaming Gebühren gibt. Wir haben weder bei der Anreise noch bei der Abreise jemandem getroffen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte nur schriftlich. Leider kann ich nur 3 Fotos anhängen - ich könnte auch zeigen wie die Toilette sauber aussieht nachdem ich die gereinigt habe - leider erst am nächsten Tag, da die Geschäfte am Anreisetag wegen Feiertag geschlossen waren. Preis Leistung passt für mich überhaupt nicht. Mann könnte mit eine Grundreinigung und ein paar neue Badvorleger viel mehr aus diese Wohnung rausholen. Man könnte auch die Sauberkeit nach der Reinigung von Vermieter kontrolliert werden - bei eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe.

De kussens waren een beetje plat. Al is dat subjectief qua voorkeur voor iedereen. Je eigen kussen meenemen is altijd handig.

Dusche/Bad müsste renoviert werden. Wir wollten eigentlich nicht da duschen gehen. Die Wohnung wurde immer wieder kalt. Sauberkeit war so ok.

Appartement décevant - accueil inexistant

La facilité de se garer aux alentours mais attention c’est payant les jours fériés et de juin à septembre

Les matelas sont à changer car beaucoup trop durs Les salles d’eau sont à rénover et surtout prévoir un chauffage car nous avons eu très froid en sortant de la douche surtout mon fils de 5 ans Le linge payant est élimé L’appartement est beaucoup plus loin que les 400 mètres annoncés L’appartement pourrait être confortable mais doit être rénové et nettoyé en profondeur
