L’immeuble comme l’appartement sont anciens mais en très bon état. À l’arrivée très propre. Ce qui est agréable ce sont les deux terrasses. L’une pour le matin et l’autre pour le soir. L’endroit est calme car assez isolé des grands immeubles. L’appartement est grand, nombreuses chaises, vaisselle abondante. Machine à laver la vaisselle grande. Le réfrigérateur est assez petit toutefois. Et un bémol la place de garage. C’est très agréable pour être sûr d’avoir une place ou de prendre le tram tout proche, mais il ne fait pas avoir une trop grande voiture.
Une adresse où nous reviendrons assurément.
