Très beau séjour dans un appartement au calme facile d’accès et proche de la mer

Le grand espace de vie , la salle de bain équipée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, la petite cour à l’arrière, la situation dans une rue perpendiculaire à la plage d’où l’accès facile à la plage ainsi que parking proche . Les chambres sont spacieuses .

Ce serait bien de refaire la fissure existante dans la salle de bain et la chambre . Un peu éloigné des commerces à pied .

La propreté, l’espace, l’appartement est super

Je pensais par rapport aux photos qu’il aurait vue sur la mer et à la place vue sur un parking Le chauffage était bloqué à 19,5 et il faisait -4 dehors Mot de passe wifi pas complet et aucun réseau

Ligging

Was niet gepoetst na vorige gasten. Er lag nog een volle vuilniszak. Vloer was extreem smerig en vol met zand, alsook de bedden.

Mooi appartement maar slecht onderhouden

Ligging paar meters van het strand

Hygiëne, vooral het beddengoed dat niet proper of fris gewassen was. Stinkend en verkreukeld lagen deze in een kleerkast met andere spullen. Slecht onderhouden appartement. Vuilbak was nog vol bij aankomst. Geen waterkoker of “capsulekoffie” of “systeemkoffie” Niks wc-papier bij aankomst. Glazen vuil in de kast.

L appartement est tres bien placé, propre.

Il n y a pas de rideaux a la fenetre de devant. Donc tout le monde voit dans l appart. Il faut payé 10€ par personne pour les draps et essuits. ( Ce n est pas noter dans l annonce).

Zeer aangenaam zonnig appartement, parking voor de deur, perfect voor fijne vakantie!

Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Gelijkvloers, dus handig voor de hond. Binnenplaats achteraan, rustig. Alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden

Iets meer duidelijkheid over het afval. Er ligt een blad waarop in het Frans staat om het afval mee te nemen, maar na een berichtje aan de eigenaar werd dit onmiddellijk duidelijk. Het moest gewoon aan de buitendeur geplaatst worden. Misschien ook verduidelijken of de lakens en handdoeken die in de kast liggen gebruikt mogen worden, want het is duidelijk dat dit appartement ook voor persoonlijk gebruik gebruikt wordt.

Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen!!!

Wir und unsere 2 Hunde haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Panne und der Wohnung sehr genossen!Leider sind wir da nur eine Nacht gewesen.Haustiere sind da erlaubt und kostenlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,die Bette wirklich bequem! Bettwäsche und Handtücher muß man selbst mitbringen oder Paket für 1 Person kostet 10 Euro.Parkplatz( kostenpflichtig) befindet sich vor dem Haus. Das Meer ist nach paar Schritten erreicht! ,,Ebenerdig,,ohne Treppen oder .. für mich ,mit bisschen Gehbehinderung sehr wichtig. Der Schlüssel befindet sich in einem Schließfach im Treppenhaus. Man kriegt noch alle Informationen und den Code morgens vor dem Check in. Wenn man fragen hat( zB.wir könnten schon im Appartement den Internet Passwort nicht finden-hängt in der Küche über dem Heizkörper - haben wir sofort telefonisch erfahren)kann man mit dem Vermieter chatten oder telefonieren.Die Antwort kam bei uns Sofort!!! Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war einwandfrei,die Ausstattung gut.Mir hat persönlich ein Wasserkocher gefehlt ( oder hatte nicht gefunden?) Wir hatten die große Terrasse genossen ( zwar im Inneren,ohne Ausblick aber dafür das Meer so nah!!!) Wir haben die Wohnung schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht, für länger diesmal!
