Boutique Apartments Flamingo

The location and things around it for my grandchildren. I felt VERY safe.

Needed a little bigger living space.

The location is excellent in a quiet leafy neighbourhood which always felt safe, even at night. The apartment was clean, well presented and modern. It’s 15-20 minutes walk to South Beach and art deco district. It was a comfortable stay and had everything we needed as a family of 4. Accommodation rates in that area are high so I found it reasonable for the price.

You can hear movement from the apartment upstairs quite frequently, and also a lot of party people returning late. No fault of the accommodation provider and it wasn’t so bad. The check in process seems more substantial than I’m used to. Signing waivers and using an app to communicate with the staff who aren’t on site. Internet didn’t work most of the stay, but resolved on the last day. No luggage storage when checking out which I suppose is standard with apartment rentals. The stay was good but I think I prefer to have some onsite staff.

Prime location, very close to all attractions on Nikki Beach and still silent at night.

Location is great. It’s in a quiet area but close enough to walk to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. It is spacious but I would have liked a sitting area.

It does need some updating in general
