Preis-Leistung passt nicht zusammen
Top Lage. Ca. 20 Meter zum Bäcker. Weitere Restaurants/Ostsee in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Tiefgaragenparkplatz gehört zur WHG dazu. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Hochwertiges Mobiliar.
Blutfleck auf dem Laken. Baulärm. Leider kein Geschirrspültap vorhanden. Auch kein Abwaschlappen als Alternative. Dafür ein voller Geschirrspüler vom Vorgast & ein benutzes Geschirrtuch. Keine Küchenrolle. Sauna kostet extra: 5 EUR für effektive 30 Min. Wischmop ohne Mop. Ein vorheriger Hinweis wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Extrem warm, obwohl Heizung aus. Keine Luftzirkulation, da keine gegenüberliegenden Fenster.

Grundausstattung Wohnung war gut. Lage war top.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen für 20 Euro p.P. dazu gebucht werden. Diese Zusatzkosten werden nur versteckt bei Booking angezeigt. Der Toaster war defekt. Trotz Anruf und Meldung bei der Vermietung hat sich niemand gekümmert. Ebenso ist das Schlafsofa komplett durchgelegen und nicht zur Übernachtung geeignet. Es wird an Centartikeln wie Mülltüten, Seife und Klopapier gespart. Wir hatten jeweils ein Stück davon "als Grundausstattung". Für den Preis darf ich doch, wenn schon die Bettwäsche extra ist, zumindest ausreichend Cent-Artikel erwarten. Hinzu kommt der Lärm. Am Wochenende wird an- und abgereist ohne Rücksicht auf die Nachbarschaft. In der Woche werden Straßen aufgestemmt oder die Möbelunternehmen beliefern die Nachbarn mit Ihren LKW´s direkt vor der Terrasse. Niemand versucht auch nur, etwas Rücksicht zu nehmen. Zusammengefasst: Gut schlafen bzw. Ausschlafen kann man hier nicht und es sollten bei 3 Personen 70 Euro Zusatzkosten einkalkuliert werden (Bettwäsche/ Handtücher & Basisartikel).

Licht in der Wohnung und Bad war zu dunkel, Backofen war schmutzig, der Abfluss in der Küche war lose, musste nach dem Spühlgang vom Geschirrspüler den Boden wischen . Sonst war es ok.
