Vacation Apartment 07 at Villa Seeadler in Börgerende is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people and features a sauna.
The 56 m² vacation apartment offers plenty of space for a wonderful vacation with up to 4 people. You’ll find a spacious living and dining area, a modern and spacious kitchen, a bedroom decorated in a nautical style, a sauna, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the sunny hours on the west-facing balcony with a view of the sea. This cozy apartment is located just 50 meters from the beach and is situated on the first floor of a quiet villa. There is an additional charge of €5.00 for use of the sauna.
In the living area, a cozy couch invites you to relax. You’ll also have access to a radio, a CD player, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The open kitchen, located right next to the dining area, is fully equipped. You’ll find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven. The kitchen is rounded out with a toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). A large sliding-door wardrobe and two nightstands provide plenty of storage space. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player is also available. The sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living area can be converted into a sleeping area for two people in just a few simple steps.
The modern shower room is equipped with a spacious sink that offers plenty of room for your toiletries. A hair dryer rounds out the amenities. The wet area is tiled, while the living room and bedroom feature designer flooring. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the entire apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
A bicycle storage area is located directly in the building’s basement. Your vacation rental comes with an assigned underground parking space (max. height 1.95 m), from which you can easily reach your apartment via the elevator. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor of the building.

The Villa Seeadler vacation complex features 23 exclusively furnished vacation apartments with a terrace, balcony, or rooftop terrace. Many apartments have ocean views. Parking spaces are available in the on-site underground garage or in front of the building.
