The stylish, maritime-themed 58 m² penthouse vacation apartment features a large southwest-facing rooftop terrace and an east-facing balcony with a view of the sea, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The cozy living area invites you to relax and unwind. The modern kitchen, with a dining area right next to it, offers all the comforts you could wish for on a relaxing vacation. This spacious apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Sanddorn, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The living area features a cozy couch and two modern rattan armchairs. Amenities include a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a ceramic cooktop. The kitchen is rounded out with a toaster, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space to relax.
The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large built-in closet for your vacation luggage. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment here as well. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the east-facing balcony.
The second bedroom is furnished with a pull-out single bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), which can be used as a couch during the day. A large closet offers additional storage space. You also have direct access to the east-facing balcony from this room.
The vacation rental features a modern, walk-in shower room. A spacious sink, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror round out the amenities. The entire apartment has tile flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
A parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.95 m) is available for your stay in the neighboring building, Villa Strandvogt (An der Waterkant 4). A bike rack is available in the underground parking garage for bicycles. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located on the first floor of Villa Sanddorn.
