The villa is beautifully built in the classic seaside resort style and is situated just 30 meters from the beach, separated only by a cycle path, in the tranquil fishing village of Börgerende, which boasts excellent infrastructure. Amenities include underground parking, an elevator, Wi-Fi, high-quality furnishings, a large roof terrace with seating, a private beach chair, and an electric grill.

Very sunny, south-facing! You can watch ships sail by and hear the sound of the sea and birdsong. The nature reserve is nearby, promising a peaceful retreat.
