Grand Luxxe at Riviera Maya – AAA Five Diamond Vidanta Resorts are known for their exemplary service and luxury accommodations. The Grand Luxxe private residence offers personalized service from the time you first step foot at the resort. From expedited check-in to 24/7 concierge service. They are there to handle the details so you can enjoy every moment of your vacation.
Your luxury accommodation includes 2 bedrooms with king-size beds or one king-size bed and two double beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms with a rainfall shower, two Jacuzzi tubs, a sprawling terrace with a private plunge pool, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living area with a sleeper sofa and nicely appointed furnishings, and 3 big screen TVs. Sleeps a total of 8.
With our membership you will enjoy free wi-fi, free access to the private spa, fitness center, tennis facility, all the pools as well as the private beach for the Grand Luxxe. You also have unlimited access to any of the other facilities throughout the resort, as well as the kids club (babysitting available).
Other amenities for our guests include free transportation from the airport, 2 massages at the Spatium, and 16 rounds at the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course,
Grand Luxxe is the very top of Vidanta's many brands. It is a truly luxurious experience with stunning natural beauty, architectural grandeur, and unmatched comfort and pampering. The Grand Luxxe two bedroom suite is spacious and well appointed with twice a day maid service, coffee service and a concierge for each floor of the building.
The resort property is also stunning with lush vegetation, raised wooden walkways and frequent electric cart service if you don't feel like walking. There are 17 restaurants and bars with very high quality food and service, 2 spas with gyms, 15 pools, one exclusive for Grand Luxxe, tennis, and a Jack Nicklaus golf course. And then there is JOYÀ at the on-site Cirque du Soleil Theater, an amazing experience.
We have been owners at Vidanta resorts since 2010 and have always had a great time when we visit. We've had the Grand Luxxe since 2012 and really enjoy the enhanced experience that it gives over the Mayan Palace or Grand Mayan. To give you an example of the kind of attention to detail, if you sit by the Grand Luxxe pool, a staff member will come by every hour or two and offer to clean your glasses. It's a small thing, but that and other small touches make you feel very pampered.
The unit comes with unlimited gym usage, two free massages, 16 free rounds of golf, free internet, and a free shuttle from the airport.
