Хотела е много хубав. Обслужването е прекрасно. И до там приключва всичко.
За да стигнете до ресторантите,плажа,басеините,Спа центъра и до главния вход, където ни беше колата под наем,трябва да пойскате транспорт, който е едни голф колички само,че за по 10 човека.В целия комплекс има спирки от който те взимат тези колички.Плажа е хубав,но само за седене там.Във водата не може да се влезе, защото още от началото започват голями камъни и няма шанс да се влезе освен с ботуши с дебела подметка.Поради джунглестият замисъл на комплекса, вечер от страшната влага има една ужасна миризма и на терасата не може да се седи от задух и смрад.Общо взето никога не бихме се върнали там.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Viajamos do Suriname 🇸🇷 para México e nossa escolha foi Jungala ❤️.
Amamos tudo. Funcionários maravilhosos, muito queridos. Limpeza nota 1000 nos quartos ( as crianças amavam quando as camas eram feitas no final do dia e as camareiras deixavam chocolate para eles na cama).
Se algum dia voltar para o México, jungala com certeza será novamente a nossa escolha.
A única coisa menos foi a praia (tinha muitas pedras) mas uma escolha será no futuro se voltarmos levarmos sapatos aquáticos ❤️

Breakfast was good. I was told there were two places we could eat breakfast, but only one was available all week. The other place was only available for Saturday of which we did not know until we went on Sunday and it was closed. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
I did not like what happened at the time of check out. According to the concierge upon check out, they charged me on two different credit cards and said they will give me credit TO MY credit card in 5 to 10 business days. When I returned back to my State, I received an e-mail from Jungala Hotel manager that the credit was rejected by my Credit card and that they needed to WIRE me the money to my BANK account. I called my credit card and they said they did not receive anything. I e-mailed back Vidanta's manager and she now said, the amount being credited to my Credit card is too large and that they would need my bank account to wire me the money. ??? I then spoke to my credit card company of which they said they will take care of this dispute. Everybody is very professional and pleasant at Vidanta but I am not sure what is going on with this CREDIT back to me. VERY INTERESTING........
