It is what it is.

The room was clean and well equipped for a longer stay than one night.

This is not an apartment. Its a bedroom with limited cooking facilities. Door to the balcony was inoperative. It was open when we arrived. Closed the door and spent the next 30 minutes prising it open.

You cannot call it paradise because the building is run down.

The view is beautiful and it is quiet.

The studio is best for a short stay. The fridge is a bar size and there is no washing machine for laundry within the unit. The coffee machine did not work.

adorable house fully comfortable eqiuped

cleaning of the room (especially bed and pillow sheets) was a nightmare. I counted minimum 15 hair in my pillow from the guest who stayed before. And also in bed sheet! We couldn’t slept well. You may see in picture

Arrivé dans le froid, allumer le chauffage avant l’arrivé des clients peut être un plus car sinon il fait froid. Trappe d’air de la ventilation de l’entrée du salon non refermable et donc courant d’air froid.

Sale (propreté a revoir + fissures plafond), pas entretenu, prise arrachée, moisissures SdB porte de douche qui baille et fixation barre de douche qui tient pas , malfaçon poignée porte d'entrée, appartement dans une maison de retraite avec salle d'accueil vétuste et qui sent le moisi, rideaux pas trop occultants, pas de volets

Appartement situé dans une résidence calme avec belle vue et balcon. Literie confortable, coin cuisine fonctionnel. Appartement propre. Idéal pour un court séjour.

Un détail qui n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Le rideau occultant est usé et laisse passer la lumière.

Quartier calme (normal, tous les immeubles sont abandonnés) et une vue dégagée sur les arbres et la ville

Logement situé dans une ancienne résidence senior qui a été à l’abandon , et n’a pas été rénovée. On se sent dans un lieu abandonné, vieux, sale, à la limite d’insalubre. L’appartement a été rénové mais non entretenu. Prises décollées, rideaux sales (le mot est faible), moisissure sur le plafond de la douche… et j’en passe. Le prix est certes peu élevé pour la région et la période, nous pouvons accepter un logement simple et sommaire, mais pas insalubre à la limite du respect envers les hôtes. Nous étions plusieurs personnes en location sur place et avons bien compris le principe du lieu: un lieu abandonné, des appartements vendus pour rien, rénovés à la hâte pour avoir une belle rentabilité locative… mais ni fait ni à faire… (J’ai plein de photos à l’appui mais malheureusement je peux en mettre 4 seulement….)

l'hébergement est bien situé au premier étage avec ascenseur avec une belle terrasse et une très belle vue sur le village, la facilité de récupérer les clé et d'accéder au logement, la propreté et la proximité avec le zoo de beauval et un lac pas loin au centre avec un aire de jeux pour les enfants 2 supermarché c'est génial.
