The gite was lovely, with a fully equiped kitchen and comfortable living areas. Brilliant pool and outside area to eat and drink wine! We really enjoyed the location, very near the town of Montrichard with good supermarkets and local shops/cafes. The hosts were brilliant and went out of their way on several occassions for us, they helped make our stay.
There was a heatwave during our visit. More efficient fans would have been good in that situation.

De hosts zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hun cottage is smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht en het zwembad in hun overigens zeer mooi onderhouden tuin was onbetaalbaar met de hoge temperaturen van de afgelopen weken. De ligging is perfect voor een bezoek aan Chenonceau, Amboise of het charmante stadje Loches.

Lovely quaint gite, with fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, great pool to swim in and lovely little balcony fro breakfast and sipping wine on. Great location, Montrichard a few min away as is a few supermarkets and the Loire River which is great to walk along.
No air con, got very hot in bedrooms and only had ceiling fan and portable fan, which was something but could do with some aircon in bedroom.
