About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 24 m² flat in Montrichard to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), the accommodation is as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, dining area, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and double bed (140x190).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot (on request), fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 m² loggia, facing South/East with a panoramic view of the Cher valley and the keep of Montrichard. Make the most of sunny days sheltered from the sun with the cane awning, which is also available.
The flat is ideally located in Montrichard, in a 9-hectare residence planted with trees, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Château de Montrichard (11th century): Medieval ruins with panoramic views over the Cher valley - Museum
- La Magnanerie: inhabited troglodytic site and silkworm farm
- Montrichard beach: children's play area, water sports (canoeing, kayaking, paddling), supervised swimming in summer.
- Caves Monmousseau: visit troglodytic cellars and taste Loire wines
- Troglo Degusto: Combination of cellar and local gastronomy
- Loire Valley châteaux within 30 minutes (Chambord, Amboise, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé, Chaumont sur Loire, Cheverny)
- Beauval Zoo (giant pandas, equatorial dome)
- Hot-air ballooning, walking and cycling along the Cher and Loire rivers
